Fire in Ekushey TV building, 2 units under control

A fire broke out at the Ekushey TV building in Kawran Bazar in the capital. The fire was brought under control with the efforts of two units of the fire service.

This information was given in a short message from the fire service on Saturday (February 15) night.

It said that they received news of the fire at 8:22 pm on Saturday. Upon receiving the news, two units of the fire service started working to control the fire. The fire workers were able to control the fire after about half an hour of effort.

However, it was not possible to initially know the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
